Before placing an order

Rights and responsibilities

Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, or other import charges are the responsibility of the  customer. If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, the order will be returned to the sender. In this case, the cost of the artwork will be refunded, minus return shipping costs.

Goods are declared for final export. Customs duties are calculated based on the invoice value (adjusted where necessary for customs purposes).

Copyright Notice

All rights to the artworks remain the exclusive property of Anastasia Yanchuk (NATI) even after purchase. The buyer or owner of an artwork does not acquire the right to reproduce, copy, or use the image without the artist's written permission.

Purchasing a painting or an original print does not include the right to mint the image as an NFT.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Each artwork and print is carefully inspected before shipment.

Guarantee of authenticity

Starting from September 2025, all original artworks by Anastasia Yanchuk are accompanied by a new bilingual Certificate of Authenticity (Italian/English).

This certificate is an official and essential document, containing all key information and

equipped with an anti-counterfeiting hologram, designed to confirm the identity and authentic value of the artwork.

Every detail is carefully crafted to ensure the uniqueness of the artwork over time, offering maximum transparency and security to collectors and buyers.
