🌍 Countries we ship to
We ship artworks to the following countries:
- EU/Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary;
- Non-EU Europe: United Kingdom, Switzerland;
- Outside Europe: Australia, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Singapore, United States.
Shipments are made via selected express couriers (choice of courier is not available to the customer).
📌For shipments to non-EU countries, all artworks are accompanied by an official export license as required by Italian regulations. The Contemporary Art Self-Certification (AAC) is issued by the Italian Export Office.
👉This procedure is fully handled by us, at no additional cost to the customer.
Estimated delivery time
Artworks are shipped with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days to major destinations.
📌 Delivery times may vary depending on the product type and destination:
- 2–3 business days to neighboring countries
- 4–20 business days to distant or intercontinental destinations
⚠️Possible delays may occur due to external circumstances such as bad weather, holidays, or customs processing. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
Order processing time
To ensure quality and safe packaging, the following preparation times apply:
- 1–3 business days for shipments within the EU
- Up to 14 business days for non-EU countries (including certification processing time)
✳️ Each order is processed with great care, and we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Each artwork and print is carefully inspected before shipment.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Did something not go as you expected?
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We do our best to provide accurate photographs of the artworks' colors, but please note that colors may vary across devices.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy within 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be in its original condition
- and it must be returned in the original packaging (please keep the original packaging carefully).
If approved, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
Returned artworks/prints found to be damaged or improperly packed upon inspection may be denied a refund.
Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for items with damaged or unusable packaging.
Returns are accepted if:
- the artwork delivered is different from the one ordered;
- the artwork arrives damaged during shipping.
In case of receiving a wrong artwork:
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
We will arrange the collection at our expense. The customer will be refunded the full purchase price.
In case of damaged shipment:
Please:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the artwork to assess the situation;
- Send all materials to anastasia.yanchuk@gmail.com within 3 days from delivery.
We will contact you promptly.
Depending on the extent of the damage, the artwork may be repaired or returned, and the customer will be fully refunded.

We are not responsible for artworks once they are in the possession of the customer orcollector. No refunds, replacements or compensations will be made for damage caused after delivery, such as: fingerprints, stains, scratches, or improper handling.
